FAST 35 is an industry-leading direct imaging system for mass production of multi-layer boards with a small footprint and high throughput suitable for conventional dry film or liquid resist.

The system adopts DMD technology to achieve excellent line width uniformity and edge roughness on 35μm lines through high data resolution, reducing overall operating costs while guarantee optimal quality.

Alignment Accuracy and Scaling Modes

• High precision platform and CCD alignment system, the alignment accuracy up to  ±12μm.
• Scaling Function: Auto scale, Fixed scale, Group scale, Partial scale, Wise scale and other advanced scale modes, controls registration process of automatic warning or reject for distorted panels, strengthen quality control and improve yield.  
• Multi Panel Exposure: according to the size of the panel, multiple panels can be exposed at one time, greatly enhancing production throughput.
• Alignment Capacity: automatic target alignment on high speed, support multi types of targets and provide fitting functions for defect target, really guarantee alignment accuracy while keeping the throughput.

Traceability

• Prints string or barcode at any position of the panel for tracking.
• Supports static or dynamic stamps, such as time, date, serial NO., machine ID, scale factor and various compound serialization, etc.
